All-round reliably and evenly blasted workpieces

Rotary table systems have an integrated switching mechanism. Thus, the workpieces are guided through the system in pre-defined work steps and covered by high-performance blasting nozzles all around. Attached satellite turntables increase revolutions even farther and will put even asymmetrical workpieces into the right position at all times. Depending on size of workpiece and system type, several satellite tables can be installed in the rotary table systems.

Rotary table systems work precisely and fully automated

Thanks to the round rotary table, rotary table systems have the advantage of permitting loading and unloading of parts while blasting is in progress inside the system. This work step can be automated by robots, so that the rotary table systems can be integrated into line production. Complex parts such as valve housing can also be reliably deburred or cleaned at high quality in rotary table systems. More delicate parts such as implants or surgical instruments can be blasted in rotary table systems as well. The advantage for medical technology is specifically in the high-quality and reproducible results.

Can be used for many applications

The rotary table systems with satellite tables can be equipped with a matching holder for many different workpieces at any time, and are therefore usable flexibly for different small series as well. Workpieces with a diameter of 250 mm and a height of up to 400 mm can be processed in carousel systems. To permit even blasting of high parts as well, the rotary table systems are equipped with an electrical lifting device. The blasting guns are attached to this. Depending on the pre-set speed, the workpieces are not only blasted all round, but also evenly processed across the entire height.
