Rotary basket systems with injector blasting principle
Blasting technology for large numbers of parts
High performance blasting is conducted with the injector blasting principle. The principle of this technology: The blasting abrasive located in the collection hopper gets sucked up by the injector air generated by the gun, before being further accelerated by the supplied compressed air inside the body of the gun. In order to blast large numbers of small-sized workpieces, rotary basket systems based on the injector blasting principle prove to be especially beneficial.
Compact rotary basket systems of high performance
The compact rotary basket systems by SIGG Strahltechnik distinguish themselves by exceptional performance. Loading through the lift-up front door becomes merely a child’s play. The automated rotary basket systems operate by means of high performance blasting nozzles for the surface treatment of smaller-sized objects. This makes blasting of numerous small workpieces efficient, and yet provides high quality. The rotary basket systems’ aggregates can be automatically operated by footswitch. All commercially available blasting abrasives can be applied for blasting.
Double-glazed rotary basket system
The rotary basket system’s double-glazed viewing window offers clear sight and its design allows no blind spots. The attrition-proof glass can be exchanged in seconds, the interior is illuminated. The hand holes made of wear-resistant special rubber (Linatex) are doubly sealed. The dust collector is set up separately and connected to the blasting cabin by means of a flexible hose.
Injector blasting principle as acclaimed blasting technology
Rotary basket systems by SIGG Strahltechnik are applied in a wide variety of sectors, including companies in the medical technology, the automotive industry, the engineering, tool and special machinery manufacturing, space and aviation, watch and jewelry manufacturing, as well as handicraft businesses.
