Systems for the processing of larger work pieces are additionally supported by a lifting movement, in order to achieve a beautiful, smooth surface throughout the work piece.

Rotary table systems present an optimal solution

Satellite plates permit quick conversions

The customers produce the mounting cases, appropriate to the different work pieces. These will then be mounted on the satellite plate and can easily be exchanged. A quick conversion to other work pieces is consequently ensured. For consistent blasting of higher parts, SIGG Strahltechnik provides a pneumatic or electric lifting device. The blasting guns are mounted to these devices and subsequently run over the parts at the predetermined speed.

Controlled cleaning

The system is equipped with an SPS-control. Further benefit: The separately located dust collector causes a vacuum in the cabinet, not allowing either blasting abrasives or dust to exit the cabinet. The cleaning of the filter cartridges is accomplished via compressed-air impact, initiated by the control.
