Tumblast systems by SIGG Strahltechnik are specially designed for the surface treatment of small, loosely fitted bulk material. SIGG Strahltechnik offers in its standard program tumblast systems in sizes from 500 up to 1200 mm, which are used for a wide range of applications. With the use of tumblast systems and all customary blasting materials, small workpieces can be cleaned, descaled, roughened, matted, de-burred, refined, calendered and lapped. The charging of the cabinet is carried out through an automatic door.

Tumblast systems treat bulk material with care

The tumblast system carefully circulates the bulk material, which is to be blasted evenly and from all sides. This is ensured by the special belt hopper made of frictionless rubber. It receives the small workpieces and keeps them rolling by its movement. Smallest, delicate plastic parts up to larger forgings or castings can be treated with tumblast systems by SIGG Strahltechnik.
