The great advantage of a rotary table blasting system is that the system can be loaded and unloaded from the front while the blasting process runs continuously inside. To facilitate this, multiple satellite plates are fixed to the rotary plate and each component is placed on one of these. First the entire rotary table revolves past the blasting jets, and then each individual plate also rotates around its own axis. Multiple blasting jets are aligned with one plate and its workpiece and oscillate during the blasting process. For special part geometries, pneumatic or electric lifting devices can be integrated. As a result, the parts can be blasted all the way around.
