Tumblast system cabinets by SIGG Strahltechnik are suited for the surface treatment of small, loose bulk material. The machine line program of these models is available in sizes from 500 to 1200 mm as standard and versatile in application. At a width from 800 mm, a pneumatic pendulum device is installed. The charging of the cabinet is particularly convenient: It is carried out through an automatic door.  

During the surface treatment with tumblast systems, the bulk material is carefully circulated while blasting. This is ensured by the special belt hopper made of frictionless rubber. These system types are suitable for blasting delicate plastic parts as well as smaller forgings or castings. In order to automate this process, a tumblast system with automatic charging can be chosen.
