Vapour blasting systems for perfect rims

The standard vapour blasting systems, suitable not only for rim processing, are available in various sizes (800 mm – 1400 mm) and in two different types:  Either with a side channel blower or optionally with a platform. During vapour blasting, the blasting abrasive located in a pressure vessel is conveyed to the pistol nozzle by means of compressed air. The blasting abrasive is added to the compressed air stream and accelerated in the blasting hose. As the blasting abrasive is interspersed without any counter pressure, a brilliant result is guaranteed, not only for car rims.  

Radiant aluminum rims

Car rims are produced from rolled steel or cast and forged from light metal. Steel rims may be cheaper but most of the time they do not look as appealing as light metal rims included in the special equipment of a car with extra charge. These sought-after rims are frequently made from aluminum and produced by casting processes. Due to the material’s higher strength, forged rims are essentially lighter than rims produced by casting processes. Usually light metal rims are coated with matt silvery lacquer and clear lacquer by powder coating processes. Chrome aluminum rims receiving a high-gloss surface instead of a lacquer coating are particularly popular in the tuning scene.
