The injector blasting systems TR 70, TR 70 EA and TR 80 by SIGG Strahltechnik, offer best working conditions to blast your work pieces. In these models pneumatic springs balance the weight in the top position of the blasting chamber. The clearly visible viewing window (440 x 290 mm) is double-glazed towards the blasting chamber and furthermore equipped with a safety glass for the specific protection of the operator. The TR 70 and the TR 80 models allow a particularly ergonomic workflow due to a folding front door with two handles. The side door of the TR 70 EA enables lateral access to the blasting chamber.
The device is operated via footswitch and easily accessible elastic hand holes. All electrical equipment required is installed in a control cabinet. Ceramic nozzles are standard in the TR 70. Hard metal nozzles made of Borcarbid are also available. The blasting guns can be either operated manually or attached to a nozzle holder. These models are suitable for small to medium size work pieces. Optionally, these models are available with a manual turntable, an automatic rotating cage aggregate as well as height-adjustable, allowing a particularly ergonomic workflow. Additionally, a blasting abrasive heater can be integrated.
