Blasting large and long work pieces efficiently

Long, large, in no time

Specification

The vapour blasting systems TR 110 DG and TR 140 by SIGG Strahltechnik, offer best working conditions for blasting large as well as long work pieces. During manual blasting commercial blasting abrasive is applied by means of setting dosage and flow at the dispensers. The closed circuit ensures the reutilization of unused blasting abrasive. Crushed material and fine dust are sucked up and deposited in the specifically provided pocket filter (S5) or cartridge filter, which is set up separately and connected with the blasting cabinet by means of a flexible hose. The TR 110, TR 110 EA and the TR 140 models with their powerful blasting guns are employed in numerous industries. Our customers are to be found in areas such as medical technology, electronics, electrical engineering, in precision mechanics and in the optics. Also enterprises in the engineering, tool and mold making, dental technology, glass- and ceramic industries as well as in the watch manufacturing rely on these models by SIGG Strahltechnik. Craftsmen and restorers appreciate the advantages of this powerful vapour blasting system just the same.
